You have 30 days from the date of parcel delivery to request a return or exchange. This extends beyond the standard EU 14-day statutory right of withdrawal to give parents total peace of mind.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund, items must be:
- In their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Free of baby food stains, odors, or pet hair.
Note for Infant Health & Hygiene: In accordance with health regulations, pacifiers, personal hygiene sets, and teethers must be unopened in their sealed packaging to be returned, unless defective.
