2. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order on Tiny Wonders, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation email containing your order details and reference number. Our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract takes place when your items are dispatched, at which point you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unforeseen stock limitations.
3. Prices, Currency & Payment Security
All prices on our store are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable statutory taxes for European Union orders. What you see at checkout is the final price you pay — there are no hidden customs fees or surprise surcharges for EU shipments.
All transactions are processed through industry-standard 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways (Stripe), accepting major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store or have access to your full credit card credentials.
4. Worldwide Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours from our warehouses. Delivery times typically range between 3 to 6 business days for Portugal and Spain, 5 to 9 business days for the rest of Europe, and 7 to 12 business days internationally.

5. 30-Day Happy Baby Guarantee & Return Rights
In accordance with European Union consumer legislation, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Tiny Wonders proudly extends this to a 30-Day Happy Baby Guarantee: you may return any eligible item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.

6. Product Safety & Infant Compliance
Safety is our core commitment. All baby items, silicone tableware, teethers, and nursery products offered on Tiny Wonders comply with relevant European (CE, EN71, EU Food Contact Regulations) and international safety standards. All silicone items are 100% food-grade and certified free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, and lead.
7. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your non-waivable statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Tiny Wonders warrants that all products supplied are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose as baby and childcare essentials.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Portugal.
